Artist-in-residency prospectus
- Visual artist or multidisciplinary artist
- Rent per artist. $350.
Security Deposit $350 (returned to you after the full year residency term ends, Space must be
touched up, and keys are returned) No last month fee. )
Includes 24 hour access to your studio, utilities, insurance coverage, and one year NMSAF
artist free membership. No additional fees.
Some of rules or guidelines for the residency?
- Must create art onsite in the studio.
- Artist must work on their business development throughout the residency.
- All Artists must do some form of partnership with the Peach. This includes an activation in
the space. - The suite mates need to coordinate a final group exhibition the last month of your
residency. December 2026. The reception is Friday, December 12, 2026. - Minimum of 24 hours on site a week.
- We want to see professional growth.

Please be aware of the following:
- This residency will run as a short-term program from June through December
2026.
- Residents will become eligible for the Ann Eisenberg Friedlander Philanthropic
Fund for their rent after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.
- The organization maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward violence,
bullying, racial discrimination, sexism, and discrimination based on sexual
orientation.
