The Awesome Foundation Micro-grant

The Awesome Foundation is a global community advancing the interest of awesome in the universe, $1000 at a time.

Each fully autonomous chapter supports awesome projects through micro-grants, usually given out monthly. These micro-grants, $1000 or the local equivalent, come out of pockets of the chapter's "trustees" and are given on a no-strings-attached basis to people and groups working on awesome projects.

Call to Artists for PBG GreenMarket Bag

1. Want to design our next GreenMarket bag? The City of Palm Beach Gardens

   Recreation Department is seeking artists from the Palm Beach County area to

   submit original designs that capture the essence of The Gardens GreenMarket.

   Tote bags will be distributed at the GreenMarket Anniversary Celebration on

   January 14, 2024. To be considered, please fill out this form and submit samples

   of your most recent work by August 1, 2023. Artists will be selected via committee

   the week of August 7, 2023 and will be contacted with further steps

2. Stipend: $1,000.

The Lake Worth Beach CRA is turning up the heat this summer by installing Adirondack chairs transformed into works of art by LOCAL artists throughout the downtown!

Artists and artist teams of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. These functional works of art will be positioned throughout downtown Lake Worth Beach making the urban setting more beautiful and relaxing for residents and guests alike.
